Fathers of Tradition

Who: Open to community

For those interested, focus will be on the importance of being a strong male role model for child, honor and respect, and making mentors and youth connect.

Addressing issues of Native American identity, what it means to be  a Native American man and the role of fathering in Native American culture. Of particular importance is the emphasis on healing the effects of intergenerational trauma, developing skills and confidence as fathers and defining a life way that is healthy and balanced emotionally, physically and spiritually.

• 16 sessions
• Must finish all sessions to get the certificate
• Includes participant workbook
• Registration required
